FleetControl is a cloud-based (Software as a Service) platform, which means you access it through any web browser or our mobile apps, no servers to buy, maintain, or update.
FleetControl includes: real-time GPS tracking with 5-second updates, historical trip playback, unlimited geofencing with entry/exit alerts, breadcrumb trail showing exact routes traveled, stop detection and duration analysis, live map view of entire fleet, driver behavior monitoring (speeding, harsh braking, rapid acceleration), idle time tracking, and after-hours movement alerts. We also include vehicle profiles with maintenance tracking for your fleet.
Most FleetControl implementations are completed within 2-4 weeks from contract signing to full operation. This includes: system configuration and setup (3-5 days), data migration from existing systems (2-3 days), hardware installation scheduling and completion (1-2 weeks depending on fleet size), user training sessions (2-3 days), and go-live support. The exact timeline depends on your fleet size, complexity, and scheduling availability. Small fleets (under 25 vehicles) can often be live within 1-2 weeks.
Each vehicle requires a tracking device (included with FleetControl). These are industrial-grade GPS units designed for harsh environment, they work in extreme temperatures (-40°C to +85°C), are shock and vibration resistant, IP67 rated for dust and water protection, and connect to vehicle diagnostics for runtime data.
